Role Description The Operations Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operations Specialist will coordinate daily equipment rental and trading activities, ensuring accurate order processing, scheduling, and logistics support. This role will monitor inventory levels, track equipment availability, and collaborate with sales and training teams to meet client requirements and project timelines. The Operations Specialist will assist with documentation, contract administration, and compliance with internal procedures and local regulations. The role also involves analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, and supporting management in implementing efficient workflows and service standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, optimize workflows, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients across multiple regions. Candidates should possess Sales capabilities to support client inquiries, contribute to proposals, and help maintain long-term customer relationships. Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day equipment coordination, inventory tracking, and service delivery.
