Role Description The Maintenance Electrician role at Fujeng is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Maintenance Electrician will perform routine electrical maintenance, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs on equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include inspecting electrical components, performing preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and supporting installation and commissioning of electrical systems as needed. The role involves working closely with other maintenance and operations team members, following safety procedures, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. The Maintenance Electrician is expected to support continuous improvement efforts, minimize downtime, and uphold company standards for safety and reliability.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Electrical Maintenance and Electricity principles, including safe work practices and applicable standards. Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of electrical equipment and systems. Experience performing Preventive Maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field. Previous experience as an industrial or facilities Maintenance Electrician, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
