Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist (English and Chinese Speaking) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The specialist will manage and grow client social media channels by planning, creating, and publishing content tailored to English- and Chinese-speaking audiences. Daily responsibilities include developing social media calendars, writing and editing posts, coordinating visual assets, and monitoring engagement and performance metrics. The role also involves optimizing campaigns, responding to comments and messages, collaborating with internal teams to align content with marketing strategies, and preparing regular reports and insights for clients. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience running campaigns across major social platforms. Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning content calendars and adapting content for different audiences. Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to write and speak fluently in English and Chinese (Mandarin), and present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues. Ability to analyze social media performance data, use analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights. Familiarity with basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar) is an advantage. Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously. Previous experience in a social media, marketing, or digital agency environment is preferred.
