Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead / ESG Consultant to lead sustainability initiatives, ESG strategies, environmental performance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies. Conduct ESG assessments, environmental reviews, and sustainability reporting. Monitor carbon emissions, energy, water, waste, and resource performance. Support green building, energy efficiency, and sustainable design initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and ESG requirements. Develop ESG targets, KPIs, action plans, and performance reports. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Identify sustainability risks and recommend improvement measures. Support ESG disclosures, audits, certifications, and stakeholder reporting. Requirements & Qualifications Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, ESG, or related field. Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or consulting. Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability standards, and environmental requirements. Experience with carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, or green building standards is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as LEED, GBI, BREEAM, GRI, or equivalent are an advantage. Experience in construction, property, engineering, or large-scale projects preferred.
