We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Legal Advisor with strong expertise in corporate, commercial, and litigation matters to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, real estate, and regulatory matters.• Handle litigation cases, including drafting pleadings and motions.• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.• Conduct comprehensive legal research and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.• Liaise with courts, government authorities, and external counsel as required. Requirements:• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).• Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory role, with substantial litigation experience.• Strong knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, corporate, and procedural laws.
