Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split/ducted units, cooling towers)
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot faults promptly
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, spare parts, and service history
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for AMC and repair work
Ensure HVAC systems comply with safety and energy efficiency standards
Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime
Familiarity with BMS (Building Management System) is a plus
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, ducting, and control systems
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Good problem-solving and communication skills
