IMC Certifications is hiring for a "Telesales Representative" to join our head office team in Abu Dhabi.
Immediate Joiner
Responsibilities:Contact prospective clients through calls and Whats App. Promote professional certification and training programs. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courses. Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline. Handle objections and convert leads into enrollments. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, education sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated. Experience in Education/EdTech/Professional Training is an advantage.
Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 + Commission + Performance Rewards
