What The Role Covers

Manage reservations, walk-ins, the waitlist, and the seating plan Welcome guests and keep the room moving without ever making it feel rushed Build guest profiles and recognize returning guests by name Keep the reception area immaculate and the guest list accurate


What We're Looking For

No prior experience required; warmth, presence and natural charm matter most Familiarity with a reservations system is a plus Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic or another language a genuine advantage
