Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to support curriculum implementation, teacher development, academic planning and student performance across the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic programs and curriculum implementation.

• Support teachers with lesson planning and instructional strategies.

• Monitor student academic performance and learning outcomes.

• Coordinate academic schedules, assessments and examinations.

• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

• Support teachers in developing learning resources.

• Analyze student performance data and identify improvement areas.

• Organize teacher training and professional development activities.

• Coordinate with parents, teachers and school leadership.

• Ensure curriculum and academic activities comply with school and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare academic reports for management.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
