An HVAC maintenance environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for a technically capable AC Technician to handle air-conditioning installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance while ensuring reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain split, window, central, and other air-conditioning systems.
Inspect AC units to identify mechanical, electrical, and operational problems.
Diagnose faults and carry out appropriate repair work.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on air-conditioning equipment.
Check refrigerant levels and identify possible leakage issues.
Clean filters, coils, condensers, evaporators, and other AC components.
Inspect compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and electrical connections.
Carry out basic electrical testing related to AC systems.
Replace faulty components, wiring, motors, capacitors, and other parts when required.
Ensure AC units operate efficiently and safely after servicing.
Follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance standards.
Maintain records of completed maintenance and repair activities.
Report major faults, equipment damage, or parts requirements to the supervisor.
Coordinate with other technicians and maintenance staff when handling larger jobs.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and properly organized.
Requirements
Diploma, ITI, technical certificate, or relevant qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as an AC Technician or HVAC Technician is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and practical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of air-conditioning systems and basic refrigeration principles.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical AC faults.
Familiarity with commonly used HVAC tools and testing equipment.
Basic knowledge of refrigerant handling and safety procedures.
Physically fit and comfortable working in different environments and locations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious approach.
Ability to work flexible hours or respond to maintenance requirements when needed.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
