Pick up and drop off customer, company, fleet, and workshop vehicles as instructed.
Move vehicles safely between the workshop, parking area, PDI area, Bodyshop, washing area, stockyard, and other company locations.
Follow the daily vehicle movement plan and instructions provided by the Job Controller / Workshop Supervisor.
Perform a basic visual check before movement and immediately report any existing or newly observed vehicle damage.
Ensure proper vehicle handover, key control, gate pass, mileage, fuel level, and movement documentation.
Handle all customer and company vehicles carefully and comply with company road safety requirements and UAE traffic regulations.
Park vehicles only in designated areas and return keys to the person responsible after each movement.
Support vehicle positioning for repair, QC, road testing, washing, and delivery preparation.
During idle time, support the washing/cleaning team and other approved workshop support activities when no driving assignment is pending.
Maintain assigned company vehicles in clean and roadworthy conditions and report maintenance requirements promptly.
Do not use customer or company vehicles for any unauthorized purpose.
Immediately report any accident, traffic fine, vehicle damage, breakdown, or operational concern to the supervisor.
Follow workshop 5S, HSE, PPE, speed-limit, and safety requirements at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Valid UAE driving license, good driving record, knowledge of UAE roads, ability to handle different vehicle types, basic vehicle knowledge, professional conduct, and willingness to support workshop operations.
