About Lazizz Signature Lazizz Signature is a Dubai-based premium gifting and café concept offering curated dates, stuffed dates, chocolates, nuts, dried fruits, premium gift boxes, trays and customized corporate gifting solutions. As we expand our corporate gifting business across the UAE, we are building a network of Business Development Associates focused on developing strong corporate and institutional relationships in key markets. We are currently looking for an Associate with strong connections, market familiarity and relationship-building capability across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
The Opportunity This is a flexible, performance-driven business development role for someone who is well connected, commercially minded and comfortable building relationships with corporate and institutional decision-makers. Your primary mission is to:Identify organizations with corporate gifting needs, connect with the right stakeholders and create qualified opportunities for Lazizz Signature. You will be supported by the Lazizz Signature corporate sales team with product presentations, customized gifting solutions, quotations, negotiations and the closing of larger opportunities. This is not a conventional fixed-salary position. It is designed for individuals who value flexibility and want their earnings to grow with the business opportunities they generate.
What You Will DoIdentify and approach potential corporate and institutional customers across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Develop relationships with HR, Procurement, Administration, Marketing, Events, Corporate Communications and Executive Offices. Build opportunities within government, semi-government, major corporates, healthcare, education, hospitality, energy, real estate and family businesses. Use your professional network alongside Linked In, telephone, Whats App, email and face-to-face introductions. Introduce Lazizz Signature and its corporate gifting capabilities. Identify upcoming gifting requirements, occasions, quantities, budgets and timelines. Arrange qualified client meetings and product presentations. Follow up professionally and help progress opportunities through the sales cycle. Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information within the Lazizz Signature sales process. Help convert new customers into long-term and recurring corporate accounts.

Your Earning Opportunity This is a performance-based opportunity with no guaranteed monthly income. Associates earn through a combination of sales commissions and performance incentives linked to qualified opportunities and corporate business generated. Higher-performing Associates can earn progressively more as they develop accounts, generate repeat business and take greater ownership of the sales process. There is no predefined ceiling on performance-based earnings. The detailed incentive and commission structure will be shared with shortlisted candidates as part of the engagement process.
Who We Are Looking For We are interested in individuals who:Have an existing professional, corporate or institutional network in Abu Dhabi and/or Al Ain. Are comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and building trusted business relationships. Communicate professionally in Arabic and English. Understand the business culture and relationship-driven nature of the Abu Dhabi market. Are proactive, independent and commercially motivated. Can represent Lazizz Signature professionally with corporate, government and institutional customers. Are disciplined with follow-up and opportunity management. Are comfortable developing business through both existing relationships and new outreach.
Previous B2B sales or business-development experience is an advantage, particularly within corporate gifting, hospitality, events, government-facing businesses, luxury products, professional services, real estate, healthcare, education or related sectors.
However, the quality of your network, professionalism, credibility, initiative and ability to create genuine opportunities are more important than job titles or years of experience.
