We are looking for a skilled Commercial & Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Technician responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and heavy vehicles. The role involves ensuring vehicles are maintained in safe, reliable, and roadworthy condition while minimizing breakdowns and vehicle downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs of commercial and heavy vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, gearboxes, clutches, differentials, axles, brakes, steering, and suspension systems.
Conduct engine overhauling and major mechanical repairs as required.
Inspect vehicles to identify potential faults and recommend necessary repairs.
Carry out scheduled maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
