Technical Lead
Role Summary Technical Lead with strong experience in designing and delivering scalable web applications. Responsible for leading engineering teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software delivery across the full stack. Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices• Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews• Translate business requirements into technical solutions• Drive delivery of features with focus on quality, performance, and timelines• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues• Collaborate with Product, QA, Dev Ops, and stakeholders for successful delivery• Continuously improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability Technical Skills• Frontend: Angular, Java Script/Type Script, HTML, CSS• Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices• Architecture: System Design, Scalable Distributed Systems• Engineering Practices: Agile, Code Reviews, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization• Tools: Git, CI/CD, Monitoring & Logging Core Strengths• Strong ownership and accountability• Hands-on technical leadership• Problem-solving and debugging expertise• Cross-functional collaboration• Focus on clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions• Ability to balance delivery with engineering excellence
