2. Design and analyze G+1 steel structures, villas, extensions, Ware house and other low-rise buildings.

3. Prepare structural calculations, design reports, structural drawings, and details.

4. Design steel members, beams, columns, base plates, connections, foundations, and related structural elements.

5. Prepare designs in accordance with UAE codes and applicable international structural standards.

6. Prepare and submit structural drawings and documents for Dubai Municipality, DDA, and other authority approvals.

7. Provide technical solutions for structural modifications, extensions, demolition, and existing-structure conditions.

8. Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, material submittals, and structural details.

9. Attend authority/consultant meetings and address technical comments and revisions.

10. Monitor structural works at site and provide necessary technical clarification to the construction team.

11. Coordinate structural design changes and prepare revised drawings when required.

12. Ensure all structural submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within project deadlines.

13. Maintain proper records of calculations, drawings, approvals, revisions, and project documentation.

14. Support the team in obtaining completion certificates and final authority approvals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in structural engineering, preferably within the building and construction industry.

• Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, and RISA-3D is essential.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable solutions.
