Academic Qualifications and Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent, with practical experience of more than one (1) year up to four (4) years; or
Master's degree in Law or equivalent, with practical experience of less than one (1) year up to three (3) years.
Required Skills (Technical and Behavioral Competencies)
Familiarity with legislation, regulations, and decisions governing legal professions, as well as field inspection and oversight procedures.
Ability to monitor, analyze, and legally classify violations, collect and document evidence, and prepare inspection reports and legal memorandums.
Proficiency in using the legal profession system and relevant technical systems related to the work.
Ability to collect and analyze data and prepare relevant reports, statistics, and studies.
Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions, as well as opportunities for improvement and development.
Effective communication skills, customer service, and professional conduct during field visits.
Ability to plan, organize, manage time, and work as part of a team.
