Job description
·Conduct specialized studies and research required to enhance the performance of the department’s projects and work on implementing their outcomes in line with international best practices.
·Review and audit specifications and standards related to the execution of the department’s projects, and provide recommendations aimed at their development in accordance with emerging changes and developments.
·Supervise all phases of project implementation and ensure completion in accordance with approved plans and designs, while taking appropriate measures to expedite project completion in line with contractual obligations and approved work schedules.
·Monitor the progress stages and completion percentages of projects undertaken by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and developers’ projects supervised by the department’s team.
·Approve variation orders for additional works required during project execution, in accordance with the approved regulations and delegated authorities.
·Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
·Major: Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
·Experience: 15 years or above

·إجراء الدراسات والأبحاث التخصصية المطلوبة لتعزيز أداء مشاريع الإدارة والعمل على تطبيق مخرجاتها بما يتوافق مع أفضل الممارسات العالمية.
·مراجعة وتدقيق المواصفات والمعايير المتعلقة بتنفيذ مشاريع الإدارة، وتقديم التوصيات الهادفة إلى تطويرها وفقاً للمستجدات والتطورات.
·الإشراف على كافة مراحل تنفيذ المشاريع وضمان إنجازها وفق الخطط والتصاميم المعتمدة، مع اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة للإسراع في إنجاز المشاريع بما يتوافق مع الالتزامات التعاقدية والجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
·متابعة مراحل التقدم ونسب الإنجاز للمشاريع التي تنفذها هيئة الطرق والمواصلات ومشاريع المطورين التي يشرف عليها فريق الإدارة.
·اعتماد أوامر التغيير للأعمال الإضافية المطلوبة أثناء تنفيذ المشاريع، وفقاً للأنظمة والصلاحيات المعتمدة.
·المؤهلات العلمية: درجة البكالوريوس
·التخصص: الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية
·الخبرة: 15 سنة فما فوق
