Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in construction management or engineering are preferred.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding or a related construction field in UAE, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Valid scaffolding supervisor certification from a recognized authority, showcasing adherence to industry safety standards.
Experience in high-rise construction or complex scaffolding projects is a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of local building codes and safety regulations related to scaffolding and construction.
