Project Manager – Facility & Infrastructure
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-time, site-based
Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Facility & Infrastructure to join a major advanced aerospace programme in Dubai.
This is a senior delivery role with end-to-end responsibility for a technically complex facility and infrastructure programme, covering design coordination, procurement, contractor management, construction, testing & commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead facility and infrastructure delivery from planning through construction, commissioning and handover.
- Own and manage the facility programme, schedule, cost and critical path.
- Manage main contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
- Lead tendering, procurement, contract administration, variations and contractor performance.
- Manage UAE authority approvals, permits, NOCs and utility interfaces.
- Ensure construction quality, HSE compliance and evidence-based progress reporting.
- Coordinate facility interfaces with engineering, test facilities, IT/OT, utilities and specialist equipment.
- Drive testing, commissioning, snagging and final operational handover.
Experience delivering aerospace, defence, test facilities, laboratories, hangars or technically complex industrial facilities would be a strong advantage.

Key Requirements
- 8–12+ years' experience delivering major building/infrastructure projects end-to-end.
- Minimum 3 years as the accountable Project Manager on a live construction site.
- Strong experience managing contractors/consultants under FIDIC and/or NEC4.
- Proven UAE/GCC project delivery experience, including authority approvals and permits.
- Strong schedule and cost-control capability using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Experience with testing, commissioning, handover, HSE and formal change/document control.
- Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
