BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, a corporate LegalTech organization working in coordination with the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is seeking an experienced Head of Investment Banking to establish and lead its Dubai-based investment banking and project-finance platform supporting qualified Indian companies and projects.

THE MANDATE

This is an execution and transaction-focused leadership position, not a general advisory role.

The Head of Investment Banking will be responsible for developing institutional capital relationships, originating financing opportunities, structuring transactions, supporting BLACKBULL's capital requirements, and building a sustainable Dubai–India investment and project-finance corridor.

The broader platform includes LegalTech, new financial and banking channels, NBFC development in India, institutional training programs, corporate finance, asset monetization and international business expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead BLACKBULL's investment banking, fundraising and project-finance strategy from Dubai.

• Build relationships with investment banks, family offices, private equity funds, private credit funds, institutional investors, asset managers, HNIs/UHNIs, financial institutions and strategic corporate investors.

• Originate and arrange capital for qualified Indian companies and projects through equity, structured finance, private credit, acquisition finance, project finance, strategic investment and other compliant financing structures.

• Support BLACKBULL's targeted USD 25 million fundraising mandate, subject to appropriate transaction structures, due diligence and investor approvals.

• Develop a pipeline of institutional and private capital for Indian businesses seeking expansion, acquisitions, restructuring or project development.

• Structure transactions involving eligible Indian commercial properties, business assets, contracted revenues and operating cash flows.

• Explore financing requirements of up to approximately 40% of independently assessed eligible asset/property value, subject to valuation, lender/investor underwriting, security enforceability, regulatory compliance and final approval.

• Lead financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, transaction structuring, investor presentations, term-sheet negotiations, due diligence and financial closure.

• Support development, capitalization and strategic alliances for BLACKBULL's proposed NBFC and financial-services ecosystem in India.

• Develop relationships with international institutions capable of providing repeat capital rather than isolated transactions.

• Identify opportunities involving M&A, business acquisitions, asset monetization, strategic investments, joint ventures and co-investment structures.

INDIA–DUBAI INVESTMENT BANKING PLATFORM

Dubai will operate as the international centre for investor relations, fundraising, institutional partnerships, transaction coordination and capital development, while the principal project pipeline will focus on India.

The Head of Investment Banking will help establish commercially viable structures connecting:

Indian Businesses + Assets + Cash Flows + Projects → Dubai/International Investors → Structured Capital → Project Execution → Investment Returns

All cross-border financing, security, investment, cash-flow, reserve and distribution arrangements must be structured in accordance with applicable Indian and UAE laws and regulatory requirements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a senior professional with preferably 10–15+ years of relevant experience across:

Investment Banking | Project Finance | Fundraising | Structured Finance | Private Equity | Private Credit | Corporate Finance | M&A | Asset-Backed Finance | Institutional Investment | NBFC | Cross-Border Transactions

The candidate should demonstrate:

• A verifiable history of fundraising or transaction execution.
• Strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• Ability to independently originate and develop transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Strong understanding of capital structures and investment instruments.
• Experience negotiating complex financing transactions.
• Ability to manage transactions from origination through financial closure.
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate and financial markets.
• UAE/GCC institutional and investor relationships will be a significant advantage.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate previous transactions, fundraising achievements, investor relationships, institutional access and a practical strategy for raising and deploying capital into qualified Indian opportunities.

Origination → Financial Assessment → Valuation → Structuring → Investor Identification → Investment Memorandum → Negotiation → Term Sheet → Due Diligence → Documentation → Financial Closure
