Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

• Develop monthly content calendars and create engaging posts, stories, reels and captions.

• Design graphics using Canva and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut.

• Schedule, publish and maintain consistent content across client accounts.

• Coordinate with clients to collect information, obtain content approvals and manage updates.

• Monitor account performance, engagement and audience growth.

• Prepare basic monthly social media performance reports.

• Research social media trends and suggest creative ideas to improve client engagement.

• Manage multiple client accounts and meet agreed deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

1–2 years of practical experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.

• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

• Practical knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools such as CapCut.

• Strong creative skills, attention to detail and written communication.

• Ability to plan content calendars and manage multiple accounts independently.

• Good organizational skills and a professional approach to client communication.

• A portfolio or examples of previous social media work are preferred.

• Must be willing to work full-time from Axera Technology's Dubai office.
