Lead the development, implementation, and periodic review of the Bank’s IT Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology priorities.
Develop and maintain multi-year IT strategic roadmaps and annual strategic plans, translating business priorities into actionable technology initiatives.
Establish and monitor IT strategic KPIs, performance dashboards, and execution frameworks to measure progress against strategic objectives.
Track the implementation of strategic initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization, and recommend corrective actions where required.
Prepare executive reports, strategic performance updates, and management presentations for IT leadership and the IT Steering Committee (ITSC).
Coordinate with EPMO, IT departments, and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, prioritization, and effective governance of IT projects and initiatives.
Assess emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Automation, and Data Analytics, and recommend opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.
Support the strategic governance of major technology transformation initiatives, including Core Banking Modernization, Cloud Adoption, AI, and Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
Ensure compliance with the IT Strategy Governance Framework, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable international standards.
Coordinate strategic planning workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities to promote alignment between IT capabilities and business priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT strategy, planning, or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful IT strategies within a complex organizational structure.
- Expertise in IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and risk management principles.
