Known for delivering iconic projects on time and to the highest quality standards, they are seeking an experienced Facade Construction Manager to join their growing team.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field10+ years of experience in facade construction management Proven track record delivering high-rise projects in the Middle East Strong knowledge of curtain wall, unitized facade, and cladding systems Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams Excellent understanding of UAE building codes and DEWA requirements Proficient in reading architectural and shop drawings Strong commercial awareness and cost control skillsResponsibilities Oversee all facade installation activities on major construction projects Manage facade subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met Coordinate with design teams, architects, and MEP contractors Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with specifications Monitor progress against program and resolve site issues Conduct site inspections and quality control checks Manage mock-ups, testing, and commissioning activities Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve technical challenges Report on project progress, risks, and commercial performance
