Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Company Setup (Mainland & Free Zone)

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time Driving License: MandatoryJob Overview We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage company formation processes and government interactions across UAE mainland and free zones. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in visa processing, including medical tests and biometrics and must hold a valid UAE driving license.Key Responsibilities Handle complete UAE company setup procedures for mainland and free zones. Manage all government documentation with DED, Immigration, Labour, MOFA, and Free Zone authorities. Prepare, submit, and follow up on: Trade licenses, Establishment cards, Work permits & employment visas, Emirates ID applications, Company amendments, renewals, and cancellations Coordinate and accompany applicants for: Medical fitness tests, Biometrics (Emirates ID fingerprinting),Ensure all visa steps are completed smoothly until stamping/issuance. Well versed with government entities (Amer, Tasheel, GDRFA, ICP, MOFAIC, etc.) efficiently. Maintain professional relationships with government entities and service centers. Keep accurate logs and records of all applications and approvals. Provide timely updates to management and clients.Requirements2–4+ years UAE experience as a PRO, specifically in business setup and visa processing. Valid UAE driving license is required. Strong knowledge of:DED, MOHRE, TASHEEL, Immigration, Labour & MOFA procedures Free zones: IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, Hamriya, SPC, Ajman, etc. Visa processing steps, including medicals & biometrics. Fluent in English. Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills Strong customer service approach.
