Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time, on-site In-Home Nanny with an educational focus for a family in Dubai. This role is primarily nanny-led, with an emphasis on age-appropriate learning, routines, and development. You will create a safe, nurturing environment while planning engaging activities that support the children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. You’ll also support early learning (numbers, reading readiness, communication, and basic math concepts) through play-based, structured routines—without a “school classroom” feel. Key responsibilities Provide attentive, warm childcare in a home setting Plan and lead age-appropriate educational/play-based activities Support early learning and homework/skill-building as needed (basic math, literacy readiness) Encourage healthy routines (meals, hygiene, naps, play, outings where appropriate) Prepare simple, nutritious meals/snacks for the children Maintain a tidy, organized children’s area (toys, learning materials, meals) Communicate clearly with parents on progress, routines, and needs
Qualifications Required Proven experience as a nanny/childcare provider in a private home Strong communication skills (with children and parents) Patient, reliable, organized, and calm under pressure Genuine love for working with children and creating a nurturing environment Preferred Experience integrating learning activities into daily routines (early years focus) Knowledge of early childhood development Comfort supporting basic math/numeracy through play Relevant childcare/early childhood certifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (nice to have, not mandatory)
