Job Summary

Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of experienced freelance HR & Training facilitators to deliver professional corporate training programs across the UAE and wider GCC region.


We are seeking qualified trainers with strong expertise in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, capable of delivering engaging, practical, and business-aligned training to HR professionals, managers, and business leaders.


Freelancers will be engaged on a project basis to support RTS client delivery across our HR and Training programme catalogue.


Key Training Areas Covered

Freelance trainers may be assigned to facilitate one or more of the following topics:


  • HR Management Fundamentals


  • Interviewing Skills for Recruitment & Selection


  • Train the Trainer – Group Training Techniques


  • Writing Job Descriptions & Person Specifications


  • Writing HR Policies & Procedures


  • Performance Management & Appraisal Skills


  • Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies


  • Succession Planning & Talent Management


  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the Workplace


  • HR Analytics & Metrics for Business Impact


  • Hybrid & Remote Workforce Management


  • Instructional Design & Digital Learning


  • Coaching & Mentoring for HR Professionals


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality HR and L&D training workshops for corporate and institutional clients


  • Facilitate interactive sessions using practical exercises, case studies, and group discussion


  • Adapt content for HR teams, line managers, and leadership audiences


  • Ensure training outcomes align with client organisational goals


  • Maintain professional representation of RTS during client delivery


  • Provide session feedback, learner evaluation, and improvement recommendations when required



RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering corporate HR or Training/L&D programs


  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills


  • Expertise in one or more HR domains (recruitment, performance, engagement, talent management, etc.)


  • Ability to deliver training in multicultural GCC business environments


  • Professional fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)


Preferred Experience
  • HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, ATD, or equivalent


  • Experience with instructional design and digital learning delivery


  • Background working with government, semi-government, or large enterprise HR functions


  • Ability to deliver multiple programmes across the RTS HR catalogue

  • Trainer specialisation and certification


  • Client delivery schedules and location


  • Availability and programme demand
