الوصف الوظيفي
- ضمان سلامة العمليات اليومية داخل مناطق حمامات السباحة من خلال ضمان الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والوقاية من الحرائق.
- المشاركة في التدريب المستمر على تقنيات وإجراءات الإنقاذ مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لتطوير الموظفين، وقدرات السباحة، والتحمل، وضربات السباحة، والتوعية بالسلامة المائية.
- يجب تلبية احتياجات الضيوف على الفور، ويجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلات أو المواقف الخطيرة إلى قائد فريق المنقذين المباشر / مشرف المنقذين أو إلى مشرف الأمن فوراً.
- الاتباع الصارم لإجراءات المفقودات والمعثور عليها.
- المحافظة على المظهر الشخصي اللائق في جميع الأوقات.
- حضور الدورات التدريبية وفقاً للجدول المخصص.
- إظهار أقصى درجات التعاون والاحترام داخل الفريق ومع الأقسام الأخرى.
- يجب أن يكون على دراية بالأنشطة اليومية ولديه معرفة تامة بجميع مرافق الفندق.
- العمل عن كثب مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان عمليات فعالة تركز على خدمة العملاء.
- تنفيذ الواجبات بما يتماشى مع معايير الجودة، ومتطلبات الأمن والصحة والسلامة، والتشريعات المعمول بها.
- ضمان الإبلاغ الفوري لمشرف/مدير الأنشطة الترفيهية وقسم الهندسة عن أي تغيير ملحوظ فيما يتعلق بالتحكم الكيميائي أو نقاء مياه المسبح.
- ضمان بقاء درجة حرارة حمام السباحة ثابتة وضبطها على درجات الحرارة الصحيحة.
- إبلاغ مشرف المنقذين و/أو مشرف الأمن في حالة ترك مقتنيات ثمينة في الأماكن المكشوفة، واتباع الإجراءات القياسية عند التعامل مع مثل هذه الحالات.
- الالتزام بالأحكام المنصوص عليها في دليل الموظف، ولائحة الجزاءات، والقواعد واللوائح.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها من قبل مدير الأمن.
المؤهلات
- شهادة إنقاذ معتمدة وسارية المفعول
- شهادات سارية المفعول في الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR)، وإزالة الرجفان الخارجي الآلي (AED)، والإسعافات الأولية
- قدرة عالية على السباحة مع تحمّل وسرعة ممتازة
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة كمنقذ، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة فندق أو شاطئ أو حمام سباحة أو مدينة ألعاب مائية
- مستوى عالٍ من اليقظة والانتباه والمسؤولية
- مهارات قوية في الملاحظة والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ

Job Description
- Ensure safe daily operations within the swimming pool areas by ensuring compliance of all health, safety and fire prevention policies and procedures.
- To undertake training of all time – lifesaving techniques /procedures with special attention in the development of staff, swimming abilities, stamina, strokes, and water awareness.
- Must attend to the need of the guests immediately, serious problems / situations must be reported to direct Lifeguard team leader / Lifeguard Supervisor or to Security Supervisor immediately.
- Strictly follow Lost and found procedure.
- Proper grooming at all times.
- Attend training classes as per schedule.
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
- Should be aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective customer orientated operations.
- Implement duties in line with the Quality standards, Security and Health & Safety requirements and applicable legislations
- Ensure any noticeable variation with regards to the chemical control or clarity of the pool water is reported immediately to the Recreation Supervisor/ Manager and the Engineering Department.
- Ensure the temperature of swimming pool remains consistent and set at the correct temperatures.
- Inform the Lifeguard Supervisor and/or Security Supervisor if valuables are left in the open. Follows standard procedures in handling these similar situations.
- Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations.
- Implement any other duties as assigned by the Security Manager
Qualifications
- Valid and approved Lifeguard Certification
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
- Strong swimming ability with excellent endurance and speed
- Previous lifeguard experience preferred, ideally within a hotel, beach, swimming pool, or waterpark environment
- High level of alertness, vigilance, and responsibility
- Strong observation and emergency response skills
