الوصف الوظيفي
يبحث فندق ريكسوس الميريد عن موظف نظافة مناطق عامة متفانٍ ويهتم بالتفاصيل للحفاظ على نظافة وصحة جميع المساحات العامة داخل الفندق. يعد هذا الدور أساسياً لضمان صيانة جميع ردهات الاستقبال والممرات ودورات المياه والمساحات المشتركة الأخرى بشكل لا تشوبه شائبة لتوفير تجربة مريحة ومرحبة للضيوف والموظفين. يلعب موظف نظافة المناطق العامة دوراً رئيسياً في الحفاظ على معايير النظافة في الفندق وتعزيز تجربة الضيف بشكل عام.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التنظيف والصيانة: ضمان تنظيف وتعقيم وصيانة جميع المناطق العامة، بما في ذلك ردهات الاستقبال والممرات والمصاعد ودورات المياه والمساحات الخارجية في جميع الأوقات.
- خدمة الضيوف: تقديم خدمة ممتازة للضيوف من خلال المساعدة في إعطاء الاتجاهات، والإجابة على الاستفسارات الأساسية، وضمان توفير أجواء مرحبة في المساحات العامة.
- صيانة دورات المياه: فحص وتنظيف دورات المياه بانتظام، والتأكد من تجديد مستلزمات النظافة وتوفير الإمدادات والحفاظ على نظافة المنطقة.
- العناية بالأرضيات والأسطح: كنس ومسح وتنظيف الأرضيات بالمكنسة الكهربائية وتلميع الأرضيات والأثاث والتركيبات للحفاظ على معايير نظافة عالية.
- إدارة النفايات: إفراغ سلال المهملات بانتظام والتأكد من أن التخلص من النفايات يتبع سياسات النظافة والبيئة الخاصة بالفندق.
- التنظيف العميق: تنفيذ مهام التنظيف العميق المجدولة مثل غسل السجاد وتلميع الأرضيات وتنظيف الأسطح التي يتم لمسها بشكل متكرر.
- مراقبة المخزون: مراقبة والإبلاغ عن الحاجة إلى مستلزمات التنظيف والمعدات وأي مشاكل صيانة في المناطق العامة.
- المفقودات والمعثورات: اتباع بروتوكولات الفندق للتعامل مع المفقودات والمعثورات التي يتم العثور عليها في الأماكن العامة.
- السلامة والأمن: تحديد وإبلاغ القسم المختص بأي مخاطر سلامة محتملة أو انسكابات أو مشاكل صيانة.
- دعم الفعاليات: المساعدة في تجهيز وتنظيف المناطق العامة قبل وبعد الفعاليات أو المناسبات الخاصة.
- الاستدامة وإدارة النفايات: اتباع ممارسات التنظيف الصديقة للبيئة، وتقليل النفايات، ودعم مبادرات الاستدامة الخاصة بالفندق.
المؤهلات
- التعليم: يفضل الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- الخبرة: تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في خدمات التدبير المنزلي أو خدمات التنظيف أو دور مشابه في صناعة الضيافة ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة البدنية: القدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة، ورفع الأشياء الثقيلة، وأداء المهام المتكررة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل: تركيز قوي على النظافة وعين ثاقبة للحفاظ على معايير عالية.

Job Description
Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all public spaces within the property. This role is essential in ensuring that all lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other shared areas are impeccably maintained to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for guests and staff. The Public Area Attendant plays a key role in upholding the hotel's cleanliness standards and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor spaces, are cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Guest Service: Provide excellent service to guests by assisting with directions, answering basic inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in public spaces.
- Restroom Upkeep: Regularly check and clean restrooms, ensuring toiletries and supplies are replenished and the area is kept hygienic.
- Floor and Surface Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Trash Management: Empty trash bins regularly and ensure waste disposal follows the hotel's hygiene and environmental policies.
- Deep Cleaning: Conduct scheduled deep cleaning tasks such as shampooing carpets, polishing floors, and cleaning high-touch surfaces.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and report the need for cleaning supplies, equipment, and any maintenance issues in public areas.
- Lost and Found: Follow hotel protocols for handling lost and found items discovered in public spaces.
- Safety and Security: Identify and report any potential safety hazards, spills, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and cleaning public areas before and after events or special occasions.
- Sustainability and Waste Management: Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices, reduce waste, and support the hotel's sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and a keen eye for maintaining high standards.
