As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition & Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored solutions. • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts. • Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities. • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team. • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to provide informed recruitment advice to clients and candidates. • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment process and exceptional client service.

Requirements: • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role in a sales driven recruitment agency is essential. • Excellent Business Development skills. • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms. • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
