The HR and Admin Executive plays a crucial role in managing the human resources and administrative functions within a real estate recruitment agency. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support both the recruitment efforts and the overall administrative functions of the agency. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  4. Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.
  5. Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR-related issues.
  6. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.

  8. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
