• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, motors, fans, compressors, and other mechanical components.

• Respond promptly to guest room and public area maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption.

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

• Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance activities.

• Support energy-saving initiatives by ensuring systems operate efficiently.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to complete projects and upgrades.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and well-organized.

• Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Engineering department.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Mechanic or Maintenance Technician, preferably within luxury hospitality.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and repair techniques.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to urgent issues.

• A detail-oriented and safety-conscious approach.
