Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM systems.

Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure professionally.

Must be currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.
