About the Role
Ensure that all passengers and guests receive VIP hospitality whilst visiting the facility. Actively promote the comfort and well-being of all guests. Co-ordinate all aircraft and crew requirements and monitor ramp activities in order to ensure excellent and efficient service delivery.
Primary Duties:
- Responsible for facilitating the arrival and departure of aircraft, passengers and crew
- Co-ordinate and obtain all necessary aircraft permissions such as landing/take off Permits and slot requests
- Manage schedule changes in a timely manner and deliver all services as received via handling requests
- Facilitate smooth client transition from landside to airside via the DCAF FBO facility
- Compile, complete, and distribute the Daily Shift Report, ensuring that significant issues and incidents are promptly communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all FBO areas, maintaining the highest standards
- Prepare weekly and monthly aircraft movement reports
- Review and acknowledge all operational notices and regulatory changes
- Identify and report any and all safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow operational procedures and provide constructive feedback in support of continuous improvement
- Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the Management Team
- Render personal service to all crew/passengers/guests in the FBO and create a harmonious atmosphere.
- Work closely with all other departments to ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered.
- Escort Clients and crew to/from their aircraft; coordinating all transportation requirements
- Process handling files and entries into FBO One accurately
- Support processing of FBO One invoices
- Handling payments via credit card and cash prior to flight departures
- Co-ordinate all third party services, including but not limited to fuel, catering, GSE, customs, immigration, police, ground transportation and hotel accommodation
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Certificate
- Valid unrestricted UAE driver’s license essential
Minimum Experience:
- At least one year of relevant experience working in an FBO as a customer service agent or in a similar position
- Previous experience in an aviation operational role
- VVIP customer service experience
- FBO One experience desirable
- Arabic language desirable
