The Plumber is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems within the hotel to ensure uninterrupted water supply, drainage, and sanitation services. Duties include maintaining water supply lines, drainage and sewage systems, pumps, valves, fixtures, and sanitary fittings in guest rooms, kitchens, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
