Sales Manager - Lighting
Location - UAE - Abu Dhabi
Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred Abu Dhabi)
Joining - Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new clients, generate enquiries, follow up, and close deals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Extensive experience in coordination with manufacturers to ensure smooth communication, technical assistance, and project support.
• Handle vendor registration with government entities.
• Estimate project costs and prepare cost summaries.
• Develop competitive and timely pricing strategies.
• Select products in strict compiance with project specifications.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Oversee project negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license.
