Sales Manager - Lighting

Location - UAE - Abu Dhabi

Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred Abu Dhabi)

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Identify new clients, generate enquiries, follow up, and close deals.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

•⁠ ⁠Extensive experience in coordination with manufacturers to ensure smooth communication, technical assistance, and project support.

•⁠ ⁠Handle vendor registration with government entities.

•⁠ ⁠Estimate project costs and prepare cost summaries.

•⁠ ⁠Develop competitive and timely pricing strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Select products in strict compiance with project specifications.

•⁠ ⁠Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee project negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


Skills

•⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Valid UAE driving license.
