ROLE

The ideal candidate must be a creative and confident Project Architect who can lead projects from

concept to completion. He or she should have expertise in design, execution, and client communication,

with the confidence to engage clients from the very first meeting, and a strong business sense to deliver

practical, successful solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets,

and quality standards are met.

• Engage with clients at all stages, starting with initial briefings, understanding their vision, provide

design guidance, and establish trust and confidence.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, coordinating effectively with

internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Oversee the execution of design concepts prepared by the design team, ensuring alignment with

client expectations and project objectives.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with

design intent, quality, and safety standards.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations

throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow, effective problem-solving,

and timely delivery.

• Support business development by contributing technical expertise to proposals, client presentations,

and feasibility assessments.

• Identify project risks early and implement strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or interior design

• Experience as a Project Architect, managing high-end residential or commercial projects

• Confident in client engagement, able to lead initial meetings and turn client visions into

design solutions

• Strong project management skills: budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders

• Excellent design sense with attention to detail and quality

• Good problem-solving skills, and able to make independent decisions aligned with project goals

• Professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
