Key responsibilities for the role include:
Establish and lead the HR function for the regional hub in DubaiDrive alignment of HR policy, process, systems, and onboarding across multiple countriesPartner as part of the senior HR leadership teamOversee APAC and support their continued growthBuild workforce planning, performance, mobility, TA, and compliance frameworksLead TA transformation, reducing agency reliance and building in‑house capabilityEnsure compliance across ME & APAC labour jurisdictionsSupport large‑scale hiring for new openings and expansionsAct as strategic advisor while remaining 90% hands‑on in operationsStrengthen culture, engagement, values, and leadership effectiveness across regionsServe as catalyst between sub‑regions, ensuring consistency and alignmentTravel to key sites as needed across ME & APACContribute to succession planning for future senior HR leadership roles
Profile
A successful VP HR should have:
A relevant degree or professional HR certification.10-15+ years HR generalist experience across multi‑country environmentsStrong Dubai and wider Middle East HR experience (essential)Hospitality, service, retail or fast‑paced consumer‑facing sectors preferredExperience opening new locations or propertiesHigh cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse regionsHands‑on operator comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changeAchievement‑driven, solutions‑focused, low‑ego leadership styleStrong stakeholder management with executive‑level exposureAbility to build teams, mentor regional HR leaders, and operate in lean structuresComfortable travelling across ME & APAC as required
