The role of the Banking Specialist is to manage
IFZA Banking solutions, as well as the account opening process for our clients.
The ideal candidate must understand the requirements of banks with regards to
the opening of corporate bank accounts for IFZA clients as well as increase the
knowledge and competence of IFZA in all banking-related issues.
- Managing
the onboarding process for banking products for IFZA clients and employees
- Understanding
the different requirements of different banks with regards to opening a
corporate bank account for IFZA clients
- Providing
fast and efficient assistance to IFZA clients with bank account opening
- Liaising
with the Banking Onboarding Specialist to ensure that IFZA clients’ business
banking and insurance needs are catered for
- Creating
and implementing the appropriate policies and procedures required for opening
bank accounts and enrollment for insurance
- Ensuring
common and new challenges are addressed, accommodated for, and mitigated in the
most efficient manner
- Assisting
the clients in finding solutions to banking issues
- Maintaining
effective relationships with existent IFZA banking partners
- Following
up with the clients and entities in a timely manner and in line with
organizational standards
- Facilitating
communication between banks and clients, acting as a liaison to arrange
meetings, and collaboratively resolving any issues that arise
- Attending
routine meetings with the bank to assess offers, gather feedback from both the
bank and clients
- Increasing the
knowledge and competence of IFZA in all banking related issues
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management
Requirements- Full English
proficiency is required
- Additional spoken
languages are a plus
- Intermediate
computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience
working in a multinational environment
- Strong customer
service skills, ensuring IFZA’s reputation and integrity is maintained
- Demonstrable
organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work
independently
- Knowledge of corporate banking products, bank compliance, AML
regulations, operational policies, and procedures in the UAE
- Tertiary
education in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or other relevant subjects
- Proven working experience in Banking
Relationship Management, ideally with various banks in the UAE
