Lead and supervise all finishing carpentry, joinery, and furniture installation works on site
Ensure execution meets high-end luxury standards, drawings, mock-ups, and approved samples
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities, manpower, and work sequencing
Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors
Conduct inspections to ensure snag-free delivery and timely handover
Interpret shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications accurately
Enforce quality, safety, and site discipline standards at all times
Resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays and rework
Minimum 8–12 years of UAE experience in finishing carpentry and furniture works
Strong background in luxury villas, high-end residential towers, hotels, or premium commercial projects
Expertise in custom joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, wall paneling, doors, and furniture installation
Proven leadership experience as Works In-Charge / Supervisor
Ability to manage multiple work fronts and deliver under tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, materials, and quality benchmarks
Excellent coordination and communication skills
