  • Responsible for managing the SAP-S4 Hana system for the entire organization.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of the ERP systems, business applications, and end-user support.

  • Training and development of team members on the SAP

  • Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud services) ensuring performance,reliability, and scalability.

  • Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of hardware/software

  • Establish and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead efforts in disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk management.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics for IT staff.

  • Promote continuous learning and adoption of modern technologies.

  • Lead IT projects, including ERP/CRM implementations, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with business units to digitize processes and improve efficiency.

  • Drive innovation in areas such as data analytics, AI, and IoT (if relevant to industry).

  • Handle the infrastructure related to SAP

  • Ensure compliance with IT-related legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

  • Implement data protection and access control measures.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to deliver high performance.

  • Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.

  • Negotiate contracts and optimize IT procurement costs.

  • Provide IT support to all business units for smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud solutions to enhance

  • productivity.

  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives across all functions.

  • All ad hoc tasks and projects designated by the department head.



Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP-S4 Hana implementation, entire modules like MM, FICO, SD, PM, HR and BI

  • 10-12 years of work experience in core SAP implementation activities and providing post go live support and managing the SAP system after implementation.



QUALIFICATION




  • Bachelor’s degrees in IT or any other stream

  • SAP Certification will be added advantage.
