Job Purpose:

To ensure the safe, organized, and secure movement of employees and transportation resources in support of ongoing security operations in the UAE, providing point-to-point coordination and on-ground guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement of up to 3,000 employees, ensuring security compliance and timely arrival at designated locations.


• Manage employee grouping, bus onboarding, and border checkpoints, providing clear instructions and guidance to maintain order.


• Direct employees to hotels, airports, and other designated areas while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.


• Oversee the operation and safety of 50+ buses, monitoring schedules, routes, and responding promptly to any security or logistical issues.


• Act as the primary liaison for bus drivers, site staff, and employee groups, resolving operational and security challenges in real-time.


• Ensure all activities adhere to UAE security regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
