Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive with excellent
communication skills and a passion for sales. You will drive new sales and grow
existing accounts for IT software solutions across the clientbase.
What You’ll Do:
emails, LinkedIn, events (e.g., GITEX), and partner referrals.
CRM hygiene and forecasting.

Desired Candidate Profile
(fresh, high-potential candidates with strong communication and drive will also be
considered).
Strong communication (English a must), presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with one or more of: Linux, containers/Kubernetes, cloud platforms,
automation (Ansible), virtualization, backup/DR, DevSecOps.

KPIs / Success Metrics
Qualified opportunities created per month and conversion rates.
New customer acquired and revenue/GP targets achieved (monthly/quarterly).
Renewal rate and cross/upsell performance.
Activity metrics: meetings, demos, proposals, and forecast accuracy.
