Support distributors and stakeholders with marketing alignment, brand compliance, PR activities, and budget optimization for successful projects. Roles & Responsibilities Implementation of Overarching Marketing Strategy - Lead the execution of the approved regional marketing strategy across all markets, ensuring alignment with global brand direction and local market priorities. - Translate strategic objectives into clear annual and quarterly marketing plans with measurable KPIs. - Monitor performance and proactively recommend optimizations to ensure strategic and commercial targets are met. Marketing Calendar & Budget Management & Execution - Own the end‑to‑end regional marketing calendar, ensuring timely planning, prioritization, and flawless execution of all initiatives. - Manage the regional marketing budget, including co-funding allocation, project allocation, tracking, and optimization. New Market Launch - Lead the planning and execution for new market entries, including launch strategy, timelines, and channel mix. - Coordinate cross‑functionally with HQ, Sales, Product, Service, and distributors to deliver cohesive and impactful launches. - Define launch KPIs and ensure post‑launch performance tracking and optimization. Digital Enhancement & Website Management - Drive enhancement of digital ecosystems, including Web 3.0, regional websites, CRM touchpoints, and digital performance platforms. - Own website content, UX, and ongoing optimization to support lead generation, brand storytelling, and product discovery. - Partner with global and regional teams to ensure digital consistency, best‑practice adoption, and local relevance. Strategic Sponsorships - Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives. - Lead planning, execution, and activation of sponsorships to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and ROI. - Monitor performance and ensure sponsorship delivers measurable brand and business impact. Distributor Marketing Support - Act as the primary marketing partner to distributors, providing strategic guidance, tools, and governance. - Ensure distributor activities align with regional strategy, brand standards, and campaign priorities. - Drive capability building, best‑practice sharing, and performance accountability across distributor networks. Work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders across various departments to support business operations, drive initiatives, and achieve organizational goals. Ensure clear role ownership, effective goal setting, and performance management across the team.
