Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor complex desalination and seawater treatment systems, ensuring optimal performance and water quality.
- Conduct regular water quality testing and analysis, adjusting treatment processes to meet stringent regulatory standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on pumps, filters, membranes, and other critical equipment.
- Manage chemical dosing and inventory, ensuring safe handling and accurate application for effective treatment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is a strong advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Operator (e.g., WEF, ABC) or specific desalination/membrane technology training.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in operating industrial water treatment or desalination plants.
- Proven technical proficiency in reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), and other membrane technologies.
