Job description
Are you passionate about curating memorable dining experiences, whether in a buzzing restaurant or through a perfectly timed tray in a guest’s room? If you thrive in a creative, energetic environment and believe service should always come with a personal touch, then we’re looking for you.
About Us
A little curiosity can take you anywhere. So, at Hotel Indigo ®, we do more than satisfy our guests' curiosity, we inspire them. Our passionate colleagues help create memorable and unique experiences for our guests; in a place truly connected to the local neighbourhood, infused with intriguing design and local flavours. Where every day brings new discoveries, fresh experiences, and unexpected ideas.
And just like our hotels, no two colleagues are the same. So, we’re curious about YOU. How will you inspire the eclectic rhythm in our hotels? How will you bring the local neighbourhood story to life? At Hotel Indigo® hotels, we’re excited to meet spirited characters who can delight the most curious guests.
The hotel boasts 269 tastefully decorated rooms, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the hotels neighbourhood story; the story of Dubai creek.
Your Day to Day
As an F&B Server at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, you’ll play a key role in creating standout guest experiences – whether in our buzzing restaurant or through our in-room dining service. Depending on your assignment, you’ll either be engaging with guests at their table, guiding them through our locally inspired menu, or delivering perfectly timed meals straight to their room with warmth and care.
You’ll take orders with confidence, serve with style, and make sure every detail; from presentation to timing is just right. You'll stay in sync with your team, keep your station polished, and always be one step ahead of what the guest needs, even before they know it.
Whether you're on the restaurant floor or behind the scenes delivering to rooms, your energy, attention to detail, and genuine passion for service will help turn everyday moments into unforgettable ones.
What We Need From You
We’re looking for individuals with at least one year of experience in a similar F&B role – ideally in a boutique or lifestyle hotel setting. You should be confident, upbeat, and genuinely love making people feel seen and cared for. A good sense of timing, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and collected (even when service gets intense) are essential.
If you’re the kind of person who remembers a regular’s favourite drink, loves sharing a story behind the special of the day, or takes pride in a perfectly arranged room service tray, you’ll thrive here.
What We Offer
Join us and not only can you benefit from the world of variety and opportunity that comes with working for a global organization, you can also look forward to being part of a company that will appreciate you for being you. We’ll reward all your hard work with a great salary and benefit package.
What’s more, because your career will be as unique as you are, we’ll give you all the tailored support you need to make a great start with IHG, be involved and grow. So, whoever you are, whatever you love doing, bring your passion to IHG and we’ll make sure you’ll have room to be yourself. Find out more about joining us today by going to careers.ihg.com
