كعضو في طاقمنا، وممثل لعلامتنا التجارية، ستقدم للعملاء خدمة عملاء ممتازة مع ضمان أن يحصلوا على تجربة تناول طعام ممتعة ويرغبون في الزيارات المتكررة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
ستكون/ي:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في مطعم عالي الحجم وبسرعة حركة مرتفعة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة بالإنجليزية (العربية ستكون ميزة).
- معرفة بالحاسوب.
Job description
The Role:
As a member of our crew, and a representative of our brand, you will provide customers with excellent customer service ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience and want to make return visits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
- At least 1-2 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- Excellent communications skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage).
- Computer knowledge.
