• Coordinate system-wise turnover packages from construction to commissioning

• Generate, track, and close punch list items (Category A/B/C) across disciplines

• Conduct field walkdowns with client/PMC/construction teams to identify punch items

• Maintain turnover/completion database and update status regularly

• Coordinate with discipline engineers (civil, mechanical, piping, E&I) for punch closure

• Prepare and compile mechanical completion (MC) and turnover documentation packages

• Liaise with QA/QC for inspection records, test packs, and certificates required for turnover

• Track system boundaries and ensure completeness of turnover packages

• Report turnover progress and punch list status to management

• Support pre-commissioning team with handover documentation and open item resolution

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination, specifically managing punch lists and closeouts.

• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget in the construction industry.

• Proficiency in using project management software and digital tools for punch list tracking (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project).

  ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

  ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

  ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

  ✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners

  ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
