Responsible for the daily maintenance of the center's green spaces, keeping the outdoor and utility areas tidy, and assisting with routine domestic and technical tasks to ensure a safe environment for children

Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance of the garden, plants, lawn, and irrigation system.
• Maintaining cleanliness across playgrounds, the courtyard, and the entrance area.
• Inspecting outdoor areas before the start of the working day for hazards, damage, and debris.
• Performing minor repairs and facility maintenance tasks inside the building and around the grounds.
• Escorting contractors and utility services during on-site works.
• Moving furniture, materials, and household supplies as required.
• Ensuring the safe storage of tools and household chemicals in areas inaccessible to children.
• Strict adherence to internal regulations, operational standards, scripts, and approved center protocols.
• Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, safeguarding procedures, access control rules, and emergency protocols.

Skills

Requirements

• Proven experience as a gardener, facilities specialist, maintenance assistant, technician, handyman, or in a similar role.
• Understanding the basics of plant care, irrigation systems, and minor repair skills.
• Basic proficiency in English to understand work instructions and communicate with the team.
• Prior experience working in a school, kindergarten, hotel, or residential complex is highly advantageous.
