Providing exceptional customer service, specifically focusing on AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations. Responsibilities include managing urgent AOG shipments, coordinating with network partners, airlines and ground handling agents for rapid response and resolution, and ensuring seamless communication with clients throughout the process and arranging inhouse trucks for pick and delivery. Ensure the billing team completes the invoicing on time and assist in addressing any discrepancies or billing inquiries from clients.

• AOG Shipment Management: Manage urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments, ensuring rapid response and resolution.

• Coordination: Coordinate with network partners, airlines, and ground handling agents to facilitate quick and effective handling of AOG situations.

• Client Communication: Maintain seamless communication with clients throughout the AOG process to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.

• Logistics: Arrange in-house trucks for pick-up and delivery to ensure timely transportation of AOG shipments.

• Billing Oversight: Ensure the billing team completes invoicing on time and assist in addressing any discrepancies or billing inquiries from clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma in college or above, major in Logistics

• Has a good understanding of Air freight, AOG

• Solid skill in Excel, Word, PPT

• Well versed in Microsoft Outlook

• Good communication English skills both oral and in writing
